How do I pay?

Ultra Translate accepts payment for services through all major credit and debit cards, third party processors (e.g. PayPal), checks or money orders. To make an online payment, please follow the order placement instructions in your quote email.

How do I get a price quote for my document?

Fill out our online request form and we will respond within 24 hours with a quote (usually much sooner). If this is for a rush job, please email us the details at: Rush@UltraTranslate.com

Do I need to send in my original documents for a certified translation?

No. We can issue certified translations based on good quality scanned in images or faxed documents. We keep this copy archived, so as any agency that your translation is submitted to may verify with us that the submitted translation and document matches our archived translation and document submitted to us for translation.

I have a document that has already been translated by an accredited translator – do I need to have it retranslated for certification?

It will depend on the available translation quality. We will have to examine the translation for final determination, but if a qualified translator has previously translated the document we will need only the original copy and the translated text sent for review.
